In Manage and List of Values, the reasons for approval or rejection for contracts share the same list as job requisition?!

Please can we create a separate section for job requisitions and then contract approvals.

Then going a level deeper, within the two new sections can we have different areas to add in reasons for approval and rejection, as at present they run from one list.
